Cement Industry Conference. We
are excited to present our industry’s
leading technical conference in St. Louis,
Missouri, this year. This year’s conference will be
held in the newly renovated America’s Center.
located in downtown St. Louis. The host hotel
is the Marriott Grand, which is located directly
across the street from America’s Center.
As in years past, the conference’s
technical papers and panel discussions, led
by industry producers and vendors, will be
presented on Tuesday and Wednesday. The
IEEE‑IAS Cement Industry Committee (CIC)
and authors have worked diligently to deliver this
year’s carefully vetted, peer‑reviewed technical
sessions, which include 24 papers and four panel
discussions. In addition, the CIC will present
professional development training, a MSHA
Recertification Course, and a series of training
sessions covering topics within the cement
production process. These popular programmes
offer myriad cement process/production topics,
such as stakeholders and the community,
optimising dust collection systems, planning and
