The LOESCHE vertical roller mill of the
type LM 63.3+3 CS has been designed
for the modification of the cement
system in Wenshan. The capacity of the
mill will be 300 tph.

Anhui Conch was the first Chinese
company to install thyssenkrupp’s polab
lab automation system in their Quinjao
plant in 2017. Within 12 months, Anhui Conch
decided to continue with four cement plants
with a total of six fully-automated lab automation
systems, including automatic sampling and
pneumatic transport systems. The lab side will
be equipped with thyssenkrupp’s very large
robot operated polab AMT sample preparation
systems for up to 30 plus samples per hour.
The AQCnet software system operates the lab
automation, provides communication with the
analysers and runs control cycles to control
raw mix preparation and quality control. The
lab automation includes polab APM sample
preparation, material storage, and particle
sizers.

Humboldt Wedag India has been awarded
an EP contract for the engineering, supply of
equipment and supervisory services related
to the erection and commissioning of the
raw meal grinding unit and the pyro line as
well as the supply and installation of the E&I
(Electrical & Instrumentation) package for the
entire cement plant at Ametha.
