Depending on the product to be achieved, the

capacity will range between 235 and 340 tph,

with the products ground to fineness degrees

between 3000 and 3800 cm²/g acc. to Blaine.

Gebr. Pfeiffer SE will supply the core

components of the MVR 6000 C-6 mill as

well as the 6700 kW gear unit from Europe.

Foundation parts, housings and other

components will be manufactured in India and

delivered to the customer by Gebr. Pfeiffer

(India) Pvt. Ltd., Pfeiffer’s wholly owned

subsidiary.

Gebr. Pfeiffer (India) Pvt. Ltd.,

headquartered in Noida near New Delhi, will

also assist the customer with the plant layout

and procure a major part of the machines to

complete the grinding plant, such as filter,

fan, hot gas generator, fly ash handling and

conveying equipment. Moreover, Gebr. Pfeiffer

personnel will carry out the quality control of

the parts manufactured on site and supervise

erection and commissioning.

Supplies from Indian sources have been

delayed due to local regulations due to

Covid-19.

designed to support working demolition

equipment with a 6800 kg live load capacity,

a 3:1 safety factor and Heavy Duty Fall

Guards.

Brokk Outrigger Matting supports and

protects the bridge during demolition using

a Brokk Machine. Each ramp is custom

designed using high grade 6061-T6

aluminium, and engineered to meet safety

standards.

The company also provided a custom

bedding cart for a 6.9 m kiln with 2720 kg

load capacity design, with access underneath

for hydraulic conveyor. The bedding cart

is a portable, aluminium rolling deck, with

ergonomic steps to allow masons to bed

the bottom of the kiln up to the spring line

with ease. The stairs provide a more stable

and ergonomic way to reach the spring line,

especially in larger kilns, removing the need

for springboards or other dangerous methods

to scale the side of the kiln.

Zuari Cement Ltd., HeidelbergCement Group

Zuari Cement Ltd (ZCL) has an existing cement

plant in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The cement

pant is comprised of two lines of 5500 and

6500 tpd respectively.

The plant was initially owned by

Italcementi Group, which was purchased by

Heidelberg in year 2016.
