Jhansi Grinding Unit underwent a capacity
enhancement from 137 tph to 162 tph (PPC) at
3100 cm

/g Blaine, which includes a new SKS
dynamic separator with product cyclones and
circulating fan, installation of new dedusting
bag filter for separator venting, a new product
conveying system up to existing cement silo
feed, and new mill recirculation bucket elevator.
Jhanswa CL, Wonder Cement Limited
Loesche will deliver a vertical roller mill type LM
63.3+3 CS. The mill with a capacity of 310 tph
will be used to grind PPC.
Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Jindal Group
Boldrocchi India was recently awarded a
contract for designing and supplying two sets
of process bag filters of capacity 130 000 m

/hr
each for Jindal Steel and Power Limited’s lime
calcination plant of 2 x 600 tpd capacity.
Guaranteed outlet emission is <10 mg/m

.
The plant is in its final stages of engineering
and is expected to be commissioned in
September 2020.
JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. – Rajasthan
Bricking Solutions supplied JK Lakshmi Cement
Ltd. with a Universal Safety Cage for kilns
ranging from 4 m to 6 m. The Universal Safety
Cage is designed to withstand a solid impact
of 114 kg from a height of 2438 mm. The cage,
being half the weight of the traditional style, is
easily carried by two plant personnel.
Bricking Solutions also supplied a Universal
Safety Cage for Ultratech Cement Limited.

Loesche will deliver a vertical roller mill type LM
63.3+3 CS. The mill with a capacity of up to
250 tph will be used to grind slag and OPC.

With support from Humboldt Wedag India,
Kalyanpur Cement is undergoing a pyroprocess
system capacity enhancement from 1650 tpd
to 2400 tpd, which includes modification of
existing the blending silo extraction system,
conversion of an existing separate line calciner
to low NO
x
in-line calciner, replacement of
existing cooler with new generation static and
moving grate plates, modification of existing
TAD with direct tapping from kiln hood, and
suitable upgradation in fine coal dosing system.
Kalyanpur Cement is also in the process of
raw grinding system capacity enhancement
from 120 tph to 200 tph, which includes
removal of existing PHM crusher circuit,
installation of new V separator in existing
roller press circuit for finish mode operation,
modification of existing roller press with new
motor, gear box and hydraulics along with
ROLCOX system, installation of new SKS
dynamic separator with product cyclones and
circulating fan, and modification of existing
product conveying system up to the blending
silo.
KCP Cement
KCP Line 1 has won acclaim for achieving low
power consumption. Line II was guaranteed
for 4500 tpd @ 694 Kcal/kg clinker with
specific power consumption of 15.5 kwh/t of
clinker for the pyroprocessing line. Successful
PG was done at 4567 tpd @ 702 Kcal/kg
clinker with specific power consumption of
15.02 kwh/t of clinker.

Fives Pillard will supply complete gas firing
equipment for the new Adrar kiln lin line
encompassing a Pillard NOVAFLAM gas
burner for the rotary kiln, Pillard PRECAJET
burners for the calciner and the relevant valve
skids.

Humboldt Wedag India will supply a
grinding unit of 210 tph PPC @ 3600 Blaine
to KJS Cement’s plant in Maihar, Madhya
Pradesh region. The most popular model of
Roller press (RP 16-170/180) will work in
semi-finish mode with a ball mill of 3.4 m dia.
